Made For You - Bespoke Order Services

If your size is unavailable, this piece can be created exclusively for you through our Bespoke Order service. Each garment is individually refined using carefully sourced deadstock, shaped to your measurements and reinterpreted through our process.

To begin, you will be asked to provide your key measurements (waist, hip, and outseam in centimetres), along with your desired fit and waist style. Based on this, we will source a suitable base garment and refine the design accordingly.

Design & Uniqueness
Every Churri piece is individually made. Due to the nature of working with deadstock and pre-existing materials, no two garments are ever identical. Slight variations in wash, tone, panel placement, and detailing are an intentional part of the process and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.

Pricing
Bespoke orders may vary in price depending on:
• Design adjustments 
• Fit modifications 
• Material sourcing complexity

Final pricing will be confirmed before order approval.

Order Process
1. Submit your request via the Contact section on our website. 
2. Our team will provide you with a Bespoke Order Form. 
3. Once completed, we will review and finalise all specifications (design, fit, pricing, 
and timeline). 
4. A final confirmation document will be shared with you via email. 
5. Production begins only after your approval and payment of the initial deposit. 
Our team will contact you within 3 business days of submission to begin this process.

Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your bespoke order. 
• Payment is made via bank transfer (details provided upon confirmation). 
• The remaining 50% balance is due once your garment is completed and ready for delivery.

Lead Time
Estimated production time is 30–45 business days.
As each piece is made individually, timelines may vary depending on workload and sourcing. Any changes will be communicated clearly during the process.

Returns & Exchanges
As bespoke pieces are made to order, we encourage careful review before final approval.

However, if you are not satisfied with your garment:
• Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached

Upon approval of the return:
• Your initial 50% deposit will be refunded
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Each bespoke garment is created using premium deadstock denim, giving existing 
materials a renewed life. This approach reduces waste while allowing us to craft unique, considered pieces.
